The Ascension Historical Society, which is a group of people dedicated to the preservation of the churches history as well as history of the local people who have been members of the church and this area.
Choir & Chanters, are part of a special ministry to God, where your voice, heart and soul are offered to God. Both of these ministries are a wonderful way to show Christian Stewardship of our Time, Treasure and Talents!
Club 55+ is a group specifically for those people who are in the mentioned age range who would like to have an experience to be with each other, have events together and just enjoy fellowship within the context of our church!
Mental Health Group is a group dedicated to education of our parishioners and the community in general, in regards to the field of mental health. There are quarterly symposia that are organized, as well as once a month meetings.
Philoptochos is a women’s auxilliary whose name literally means “friend of the poor” and deal specifically with the philanthropic action of the church. It is open to any woman age 18 and above, and is a long and time-honored organization within the Greek Archdiocese.
