Bible Study / Adult Education

Throughout the year our church is offering many different opportunities for adult education in the teachings, history and spirituality of the Orthodox Church.

Excepting during the summer, we will regularly offer a weekly Paraklisis Service (Supplication Service to the Mother of God, chanted almost entirely in English), followed by a Bible Study led by Fr. Tom Zaferes. These usually take place on Wednesdays starting at 6:30 pm for the Paraklisis service and 7:30 pm for the Bible Study.

Beginning in Fall 2010, Fr. Tom Zaferes will be presenting the History of the Orthodox Church during the coffee hour that follows Liturgy. This will usually be held in the Conference Room. Bring your coffee up and join us!
