The Russian River provided the ultimate setting for this year’s Family Camp. The fellowship, sharing, camaraderie, and wholesome fun were enjoyed by all the 105 children and adults. Everyone had the opportunity to attend Divine Liturgy on Saturday morning and a workshop offered by Fr. Ari and Pres. Debbie entitled Overcoming Obstacles in Order to Attend the Divine Liturgy. (Please see associated article on page 2.)
Jackie Reckas led a workshop on Sibling Rivalry; Does it have to be another war? Angel Victor led Arts and Crafts with help from Adrienne, Georgie and Alyssa Landis. George Landis and Pete Sotiropoulos organized the meals and kitchen; Stacey Halikas led the campfire; and advanced planning included Tom Banis and Lori Makris. Hats off and special recognition to John Victor who orchestrated and ran this successful program.
