Light the Night Walk – Good Job Ascension
What a wonderful night we had in Walnut Creek for the ?Light The Night Walk.? The night was warm, the air still and we walked our hearts off. Close to 60 people from our parish came together, held lit balloons and helped the fight to find a cure for leukemia and lymphoma. Whole Foods supplied huge deli sandwiches, cookies, pasta salad, beverages and all the ?Its Its? that we could consume.
We were able to raise $2500 with extra effort from Fotis Valavanis, Lydia Kosmos and Christopher & Laki Sotiropulos. Many thanks to each and every person who generously participated in ?Light The Night? especially to Ascension’s Captain Zoe Vlahiotis.
